Samriddhi Finance, a National level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetauda, is looking for young, dynamic and result-oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below-mentioned posts.

1. Officer Level: Credit -1 (One)
– Location: Putalisadak, Head Office

Educational Qualification:
– Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Job Specifications:
– Minimum two years experience in credit risk management in any NRB licensed BFIs.
– Good Knowledge in operation marketing and compliance in BFIs.
– Good Knowledge of compliance, risk, and CAD.
– Excellent Communication Skills (Nepali and English)

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

2. Officer Level: Legal and Recovery – (1)
– Location: Putalisadak, Head Office

Educational Qualification:
– Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Law & have obtained a license from Nepal Bar Council

Job Specifications:
– Experience in Legal issues relating to banking sectors.
– Should have knowledge of filing cases in DRT.
– Should be able for Nepali typing on a computer
– Should have the skill to research cases and track down information in some situations.
– Strong proficiency in oral and written ( English and Nepali)

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

3. Assistant to Supervisor: Credit (RM) – 16 (Sixteen)
– Location: Two for each branches at Putalisadak, Banepa, Itahari, Janakpur, Hetauda, Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan

Educational Qualification:
– Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/ Economics from a recognized university

Job Specifications:
– At least one year of experience with BFIs with sound knowledge in credit. Excellent communication skills (English, Nepali). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level.
